Commercial spray booths are designed and built to order by LCI Spraybooths Ltd. Commercial spray booths are created to include all necessary equipment, so you can finish restoring work vehicles. Large Commercial vehicles such as vans, trucks, HGV, boats, plant machinery and aircraft can be painted and finished in a clean environment.
At LCI Spraybooths Ltd, we specialise in the ability to design, manufacture, and install commercial spray booth/ovens tailored to your own specific requirements. All our booths have energy efficient LED lighting panels fitted at high level and high-powered direct drive inlet and extract fans as standard.
We offer additional options to customise your spray booth/oven, including LED lighting at low level, that can be an invaluable addition with higher booths. Air handling/Heating plants can be roof mounted to maximise available workshop space. Our spray booth/ovens are designed to provide a clean environment for paint application and finishing on large and small commercial vehicles. With extraction, there are various options available. Rear wall, single or double side wall and also floor extraction. Floor extraction can be designed to use an existing or new pit or with a raised base.
Our spray booths can accommodate light commercial vehicles up to a height of 3 metres inside. With this height, you can paint large vans and other vehicles that require more height. As with all of our spray booths, as we design specifically to your requirements, dimensions can be amended to suit your individual needs. All of our light commercial spray booths can use the same extraction techniques as our other spray booths.
Split commercial spray booth/ovens have a front roller shutter door and a dividing roller shutter door to make the booth have two sections. This can be centrally positioned to have equal areas or can be wherever you require, depending on the size of your products/vehicles. The spray booth/oven can then be used as a whole entity for larger vehicles/products, or as two separate booths having two Air handling/heating plants.
This enables you to be energy efficient by only using the area needed, rather than powering a whole booth and wasting valuable energy. This would also give you the ability to use the booth for two separate applications/vehicles, maximising productivity.
When painting, there are a lot more factors to take into account than simply the colour you want to use. Throughout the entire spraying process, it’s crucial to ensure that you’re in a spray booth with the ideal conditions. The lighting in the spray booth has a significant role in this. A spray booth’s interior illumination should simulate daylight. Any uneven lighting can produce shadows and tiny regions, which might potentially affect your vehicle’s ultimate finish. Our spray booth lights produce a wonderfully lighted cabin with high level-light pods, exceeding the very highest requirements demanded in the refinishing industry.
